Everything you need to know about spa etiquette for the ultimate tranquility you deserve.
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests.
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking, using mobile phones (loudspeakers, calls, loud conversations, music and videos), capturing other guests.
It is recommended that you leave all valuables in the safe. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables.
Health Concerns: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries.
Spa Experience: For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, robes, and all other amenities required during your visit. Please take with you bathing suit.
Reservations: Booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available. Walk-in bookings are provided when availability permits. Please plan to arrive an hour before your scheduled visit to experience our Wellness area, maximizing the benefit of your treatment.
Pregnancy: Please let us know about your pregnancy and allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services. We recommend that you consult your doctor first.
Minimum Age: The minimum age for spa access is 16.
Lateness & Cancellation Policy: Please note that late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. With less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 20%.
